We work as Exec Producers in TV so it’s our jobs to hire and work with presenters.  And what’s so important is that you come having developed your own style - your own way of presenting. This is what everyone wants, but most people play things differently - even the opposite.

The trap people fall into is playing the part of a presenter.  Putting on a generic voice. Playing it safe.  But producers don’t want that.  What we want to know is ‘how are you going to bring my project to life.’ And that’s all down to your personality.

So embrace your points of difference.  Stand out rather than blend in.  That way you’ll go on to have a bigger and longer career.

HUGE congratulations to our co-MD Leon Campbell who has won a BAFTA for his work as the co-Executive Producer on Gogglebox.  It's an amazing achievement and we are all so proud of him here.  The team have worked so hard over the pandemic and kept the show on air, and now have won a BAFTA for best Factual Entertainment Series.  We are so proud to offer you presenter training with Producers who work in TV, and now we are even more proud to offer you presenter training and presenter courses by BAFTA winning TV Producers!

This is our latest TV project for Channel 4 with BBC Studios - #greathometransformation where I worked as a Talent Executive and cast the two fabulous on-screen experts who are the faces of the show alongside the fabulous Emma Willis and Nick Grimshaw.  

Alexandria Dauley is the interior designer - a fabulous Welsh talent and Tim Hitchens is the carpenter.   I found both, pitched them to Channel 4, and they are now fronting their own new series.  

We are much more than a presenter agent here.  We are TV Producers who can put our names to new talent and get them on screen.  

Finding and developing new talent for TV is what I love to do. And I've got a great track record from casting the #strictlycomedancing judges to working with Rylan to finding new documentary voices for Channel4 - you name it I have done it!  

This series is out in the Spring and I can't wait to see how the team got on!

A TV Presenter Training Company That Is Different to all the Rest.  

Big congratulations to Lee Juggurnauth who is the new A Place in the Sun presenter.  He joins another client of ours Scarlette Douglas as the new presenter on the new series.  Lee came on our Fast Track Presenter Training programme and then we did a 1 to 1 with him, and a couple of career consultations...and along the way we also bagged him some presenting work with the lieks of Samsung.

Huge congratulations to Lee.  He's such a joy to work with, and such a great guy!  So we always knew he was going to do well!  

It’s hard to get work as a presenter without a good presenter showreel.  But there is so much bad, incorrect advice out there about what makes a good showreel.  We work in TV and it’s part of our jobs as TV Producers to hire presenters for shows.  And who we choose can be based on your presenter showreel, so it’s good to get it right. 

Tomorrow we are doing an Instagram live on What makes a good presenter showreel and what TV Producers need to see to give you a presenter job.   

It’s all information and advice based on our 20 years in TV – hiring presenters for shows like Strictly Come Dancing, to documentaries to news.  So join us on Instagram tomorrow Wednesday 19^th Aug at 1200 for some priceless tips!

Our TV presenter training courses are now all up and running.  Your safety will always be our priority and we are now allowed to film, and are following the 2 metre ruling from the Government.  Our presenter courses are always small - we don't run big group TV presenter training courses where lots of people are in a small room.  Instead we have a maximum of 4 clients on our award-winning fast track TV presenter course, where you will work alongside a TV Producer and a cameraman.  For the 1 to 1 presenter coaching it is just yourself, a TV Producer and a cameraman. 

Our online presenter training courses will continue to run as we do our best to support you during these hard times, and it's work that we have also really enjoyed.  But we are truly excited to be back in the studio!
