Gareth has worked in television and the media for over 20 years. He has Produced countless hit shows, and his CV many award-winning series across all genres from Entertainment, to Features, to News - Strictly Come Dancing, So You Think You Can Dance, The Hit List, TOTP, Later with Jools, Royal Variety, Eurovision Song Contest, Pitch Battle, The Weakest Link, Blue Peter, Watchdog, National Lottery, The Hit List. Gareth has also Produced Channel 4 documentaries - all his own idea, and was based out in LA for BBC News working as a Broadcast Journalist.
Gareth has a great track record breaking new presenting talent on TV and has worked as a Talent Exec for the BBC. He was responsible for finding, casting and producing the 4 judges on Strictly Come Dancing – Arlene Phillips, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman – all now big BBC faces and internationally known presenters. And has put brand new faces on shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Channel 5, ABC America...
Gareth has done lots of work in Development (coming up with and pitching programme ideas with presenters attached) - heading up teams for the BBC, and other independent Production companies. He has ideas commissioned by all the main channels, including big Saturday night smash hits like Pitch Battle, to Channel 4 documentaries like The Man with 80 Wives.

Since setting up The Presenter Studio in 2006 Gareth and Leon have also been working their magic in the corporate sector, applying their Producing skills to the world of presentation skills coaching, media training and keynote speeches. They have worked with some of the worlds biggest brands – Prudential PLC, ASOS, Lush Cosmetics, NIKE, GQ, British Vogue, Porsche, Red Bull, The Huffington Post, Virgin Business, Amazon, Gamely Games, The Telegraph, Deliciously Ella, SEGA, Newcastle University, Sage, Fenty Beauty, KVD Beauty, Ole Henriksen.
Gareth was also a presenter for BBC NEWS and now presents on TV and at events from the Orlando benefit concert to Amazon the BBC and QVC.
Gareth is also a qualifed Life Coach. And his guilty pleasure is chocolate!
Leon is a mult-award winning TV Producer - BAFTA, NTA, Trik, TV Choice (the list goes on!!) and has produced programmes for all the major channels, in all the main genres from Childrens, to Entertainment to Features – Big Brother, X Factor, Take Me Out, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, The Restaurant, and BAFTA award-winning Gogglebox. He has also won three National Television awards and has created and produced major entertainment events for The O2 in Greenwich and was the producer of the Closing Cermony for the Paralympics with Coldplay at London 2012.
Leon began his career working as Producer for the BBC working across a range of genres including Entertainment, Children’s, Arts, Factual Entertainment and Factual before becoming a freelance producer working for several of the UK’s biggest independent television production companies. And has also worked with some incredible brands like Porsche, Red Bull, Deliously Ella and ASOS.

Leon has spent much of his career developing new programme ideas for the major TV networks in the UK for a range of television companies including the BBC, Endemol, IWC, North One, Talkback, Thames and Shine.
Leon is also a former presenter having had his own show on Nickelodeon TV and was often seen as a guest on Big Brothers Bit on the Side on Channel FIVE.
His guilty pleasure is presenting his own weekly breakfast radio show on Riverside Radio.
