You know, we say this all the time to everyone we work with – TV is desperate for new ideas and new talent.

It’s so useful if you want to be a TV presenter to also think about what you could present on TV. It’s so important to understand that television is a business – it’s called showbusiness not showfun! So the more you can approach it all professionally and creatively the better!

We recently worked with the wonderful Lisa Palmer to help her create a special taster tape for her dating business ‘Cubs and Cougars’.

We had a brilliant day filming her in action as created a date for a genuine Cougar and sent her off to meet two young cubs…

Production companies across the land are constantly making Taster Tapes to help sell their ideas and their presenters to broadcasters – so why not do it yourself?

Presenter training is important but so too are ideas. You don’t have to have them fully formed – but having some thoughts up your sleeve could be the difference between you getting that presenter job and someone else
